Rozdělení primární půdní organické hmoty do frakcí podle stupně stability v kambizemích oblasti Jihočeského kraje
COUFAL, Marek
The aim of this thesis was the distribution of primary soil organic matter into fractions according to the degree of stability in the South Bohemian cambisols. First, there were explained concepts which are important for understanding the topic. After that a series of experiments using a methodology suggested in 2013 by team consisting of Váchalová, Kolář, Horáček, Váchal, was realized. The soil sample was taken from uncultivated land, originally forest, today an arable land. It was cambisol - Kad, Dystric. The sample was collected near the village Hvozdec, located in the district of České Budějovice. This sample was divided into a series of repetitions, so it was possible to establish the stable and the unstable part of the organic matter with adequate accuracy. An attempt was carried out in 2015-2016 in the laboratory of Department of agroekosystems at University of South Bohemia. After that, there were evaluated results and recorded into graphs. It was confirmed that the most abundant fraction is the semilabile and the stabile, which are less susceptible to oxidation and its amount in the soil is usually the highest one.
