Možnosti využití metod precizního zemědělství pro prognózu padlí révy (Erysiphe necator)
Chromeček, Radim
The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of using methods of precision agriculture for the prognosis of vine powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator). The literary part of the work is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the issue of precision agriculture in connection with the cultivation of vines, specifically focusing on unmanned monitoring using unmanned flying systems. In the second part follows a detailed description of the problem of fungal disease of powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator). The experimental part of the work is based on research of the application of methods of precision agriculture in viticulture, in the prognosis of vine powdery mildew. Several parameters were monitored in the experimental vineyard during the vegetation using unmanned aerial vehicles and various measuring devices in the stand. The data were then confronted with the actual health of the vineyard. The aim of the work is to find out if it is possible and to what extent to use the principles of precision agriculture, especially unmanned aerial vehicles in the cultivation of vines, for the prognosis of fungal disease - powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator).

Ekonomické zhodnocení využívání naváděcích technologií v zemědělství
Sova, Marek
The bachelor thesis deals with precision farming technologies, more precisely with guidance systems. Nowadays, their use is more and more frequent not only in large enterprises, but also in small farmers. Many farmers use it because of its economic but also environmental effects. Nowadays, navigation systems are able to work with an accuracy of up to 2 centimetres. Each farmer can choose the method of movement in the field and set the optimal line of movement of the machine on the land. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the use of guidance technologies in the agricultural enterprise AGROSERVIS Višňové. From the data available from the agricultural system, an economic evaluation by model calculation was created. From the results it was found that by using navigation the enterprise is able to save on average up to 1 134 CZK.ha. Other benefits are expected by implementation of variable rate technology, which more and more farms are adopting.

Lidmila, Vojtěch
This diploma thesis deals with variable applications of liquid fertilizers, fungicides and growth regulators on wheat and winter rape. The literature review describes main principles of precision agriculture, monitoring of crops and variable rate applications. Main aim of the thesis was to calculate final doses of variable application of fertilizers, fungicides and growth regulators and compare them with uniform application. Then perform an economic evaluation of applications. An important part of the work was the examination of land and the calculation the yield potential. Plots was divided into 5 production zones according to yield potential and variable dosing was created for each of the variants. Then, application maps were made for each plot and each variant separately. The area of individual zones on the plots was calculated statistically and according to it, variable rate doses were calculated. Total dose saving was calculated as the difference between uniform and variable application. On the plots with winter wheat, there was savings 1,4 l/ha of fertilizer (variant N-DAM-PZ5), 0,36 l/ha of fungicide (variant N-FUNG-PZ5) and 1,3 l/ha of growth regulator (variant N-REG-PZ5). On the plots with winter rape, there were savings 2,98 l/ha of fertilizer, 1,3 l/ha of fungicide and 12,5 l/ha of growth regulator. After conversion to finances, the savings were calculated. Savings of 7,9 CZK/ha for fertilizers, 2,2 CZK/ha for fungicides and 17,8 CZK/ha on growth regulators were achieved on winter wheat plots. On winter rapeseed plots were achieved savings of 15,6 CZK/ha for fertilizers, 9,5 CZK/ha for fungicides and 55,7 CZK/ha for growth regulators. The acquired knowledge and data serve for agronomic decision making on variable applications and as a template for variable application of fertilizers and plant protection products.
Aplikace bezpilotních letadel v precizním zemědělství
Gajdaczek, Tomáš
This diploma thesis deals with implementation possibilities of Unmanned aerial systems (UAS) within precision agriculture. In the first part, a brief history of agricultural use of aircraft is introduced and the concept of ‘precision agriculture’ is defined. Next, an analysis of each type of UAS and the legislative necessary for its operation follows. Furthermore, the thesis contains an analysis of sensor measurement options, advantages and disadvantages of the data obtained from sensors carried by UAS comparing them to the ones obtained from satellite. The theoretical part concludes a chapter dealing with vegetation index. In the practical part a sensor measurement of the land based on classical RGB images was performed in order to detect weeds. The data processing was performed using the photogrammetric software Pix4Dmapper and desktop geographic information system ArcGIS Pro.
Využití elektronických systémů v řízení techniky pro pěstování rostlin
Nosek, Matěj
The main focus of the bachelor‘s thesis Utilization of Electronic Systems in Technology Controls for the Cultivation of Crops is the analysis of selected integrated systems that control the details of machines up to complete automation. It deals with precision agriculture, new trends, and transport for crop production. The thesis consists of three research chapters. The first two of them, Literary review and Electronic systems in various machines, serve as a theoretical basis of this thesis and shed light on a general evaluation of the issues of not only the hardware of electronic systems but also software. They describe the examples of some of the most commonly used systems in specific brands, such as CLAAS, New Holland, John Deere, and CASE IH. The chapter Summary and discussion describes the differences between the individual systems and especially shows their advantages and disadvantages. The conclusion summarizes the knowledge achieved during processing the thesis.

It is also focused on the application of machine systems of control and data management in their use in work operations in crop production. The thesis describes three modern applications, Agrirouter, My JohnDeere and Livelink, for data management of agricultural machinery. Furthermore, I focused on ZEAS Bánov and their used application for machine data management JCB LiveLink. This section also describes how to use the Livelink JCB application with specific machines in three farms. The last part of the thesis covers the observed and evaluated results about the monitored agricultural machines in tables and graphs together with a discussion.
Zpracování aplikačních map pro variabilní aplikaci hnojiv v precizním zemědělství
Novotná, Martina
Theses deals with the issue of pre-stock uniform and variable fertilization in precision agriculture. The work describes the method of soil sampling, to determine the surface imbalance of accessible nutrients. The processed laboratory results are transformed into the resulting application maps using GIS (geographic information systems) and the IDW integration method. At the conclusion, the effectiveness of the use of application maps for trivial fertilization with triple superphosphate for nine selected plots with a total area of 311 hectares is evaluated. This economic evaluation is compared with surface fertilization with the same fertilizer. For the purposes of the work, a single winter wheat crop with a planned yield of 7 t. Ha-1 was chosen as a model. When using the variable application of fertilizer, 3243 kg was saved on the entire area, which represents the amount of CZK 30,493. The total cost of mapping is based on CZK 93,300 (CZK 300. ha -1).

Šmoldas, Radomír
The bachelor's thesis „Possibilities of using precision agriculture technologies on a farm“ deals with the possibile uses of precision agriculture technologies in a selected farm. At the beginning of the work is a literature review, where is a short introduction to what precision agriculture is and what its benefits are. Then, the techniques and practices by which precision agriculture is done are described. Practices like soil sampling and maping. Furthermore, remote sensing, variable tillage, plant protection and nutrition. At the end of the literature review is a brief summary of global navigation satellite systems and geographic information systems. The bachelor's thesis, continues, with the practical part. Which is the possibilities of using the technology of precision agriculture in the selected farm Hanácká zemědělská a.s. First, the natural conditions and production conditions of the farm are broke down. Such as soil types on the fields or climatic conditions, but also the machinery available on the farm. Then the possible uses of precision agricuture technologies that the farm is already actively using are introduced. And lastly, new possibilities of precision agriculture technologies were suggested, which the company does not use yet, but could be implemented.
