Survey works in the selected cadastral territory as the basis for land consolidation projects

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the field research work in the selected cadastral area as a basis for land consolidation. The cadastral area of Dunajovice was chosen for this work. The first part is a literature search, which deals with basic terms, history and process of land consolidation. The practical part of the work includes a processed survey of the cadastral area according to the valid methodology and an evaluation of the information obtained. The survey contains characteristics of natural conditions, transport system, economic use of land and ways of protecting soil, nature and landscape. The work can be used as a basis for land consolidation.

The cadastral area of Dívčice was chosen for the research. The first part of the work describes the objectives of land use planning, individual types, history, or their course. The second part deals with a detailed field research and an independent evaluation of the gathered documents and materials. The obtained information includes the characteristics of natural conditions, water conditions, transport system, economic use of the site, elements for soil protection, nature and landscape protection in the selected area. The work can be used as a basis for complex land use planning.

The bachelor thesis on the topic of "Processing of exploratory work in the selected locality, as a basis for the complex land adjustment", is focused on the implementation of exploratory work according to the valid methodology. The field exploration was carried out in the cadastral area Hůrky u Lišova, which is located not far from České Budějovice. The first part is focused on literature research, which explains the basic terms related to land reparcelling with its brief history. The second part is focused on the evaluation of the state of nature and landscape in the cadastral area. The aim of this work was to elaborate the exploratory works in the selected locality according to the valid methodical instructions of land reparcelling.

The bachelor thesis on the topic "Survey work in the selected cadastral area as a basis for land consolidation" is focused on survey work in the cadastral area of Libkova Voda. The thesis is carried out in accordance with the currently valid methodology and can be used as a basis for land consolidation. The first part is a literature review, where land consolidation and survey works are generally described. The second part includes a description of basic information about the area under consideration. It also includes methods setting out the procedure for characterising natural conditions, agricultural use and the results of the field survey. The third part provides an overall assessment and recommendation of proposals to address the identified issues in the study area.

This work is focused on research works in the cadastral area of Chotoviny. The valid methodology was followed. The first part contains a literature search, dealing with landscaping in general. In this part, the history, present, goals and forms of landscaping are discussed. The next part is devoted to the content of survey work, their solution and evaluation. The practical part follows, in which research works for a specific se lected cadastral area are processed. The information found in the practical part relates to the findings of field reasearch which includes the characteristics of natural conditi ons, description of the area, economic use, but also the evaluation of water conditions, soil conservation status, transport systém and the landcape as a whole. The work also contains several proposals to prevent damage to the landscape. The work was procesed so that it could be used as a basis for complex landscaping.

Proposal of common facilities plan in selected area

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to process a plan of common facilities for land consolidation in the cadastral area of Slavče near the town of Trhové Sviny. The thesis describes and evaluates the cadastral area for plan realization of joint facilities like erosion control measures for the protection of agricultural land, measures for land access, water management or environment protection and creation. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is a literary research which explains basic information about land consolidation, like their form, goals and purposes including land consolidation process phases. Next part of theoretical part describes research works and plan of joint facilities. The practical part is focused on the overall detailed research work, its evaluation and the design of joint facilities plan.

The first part of the thesis is dedicated to literary research which draws near the theme of territorial modification and explains basic concepts. The second part is dedicated to the content of the research work, the solving and the subsequent evaluation. The third part is dealing with the methodology. The last practical part is dealing with detailed research of the terrain and collected data for chosen cadastral area is being evaluated. The work can serve as a basis to complex territorial modification in the Bzí cadastral area.

The first part contains a literary research dealing with territorial modification in general. The next part introduces, what is the content of the research work and its evaluation. In the practical part there are processed results of the research work in the chosen cadastral area. The work describes the findings from cross-country research of the given cadastral area. The research contains the characteristics of natural conditions, a description of the area and the economical utilisation of the area. It further on contains suggestions for measures, which serve to improvement of the landscape, particularly in the fields of the transportation system, the protection of the soil, the situation in the water domain, the nature and its relation to environment. The work can be used as a basis to complex territorial modification.

This bachelor thesis is focusing on the topic of land consolidation. In the litera-ry research part of the thesis the land consolidation itself and its development is de-fined. The goals and forms of land consolidation are also described there. The metho-dology part of the thesis is done strictly in accordance with the theory of execution of land consolidation. This part covers how the practical side of the thesis will be carried out and also describes the landscape character, relief structure and agricultural land resources of the chosen focus locality which is Branšovice village in South Bohemia region. Survey of the focus Branšovice terrain was needed for the composition of the practical part of the thesis. During this survey information about current state of the area concerning the characteristics of natural conditions, agricultural use of the land-scape or plans for common facilities in the focus territory were found out. All collected data can be used for execution of a complex land consolidation.

Preparation work for complex land consolidation projects

This bachelor thesis aims to undertake research, which could serve as a basis for complex land consolidation within a specific territory. For this bachelor thesis, I chose the cadastral territory of Lhota pod Horami, the South Bohemian Region. The first part of the thesis consists of literary research and includes basic information about land consolidation. The second part deals with general information about the chosen territory, the research process and about the used software. The third part includes a manual, which describes, how to undertake the research works (in accordance with the manual by doc. Dr. Ing. Petr Doležal and his team of authors, 2017). The final part of the thesis is a practical part. It contains information that was found out about the cadastral territory and concludes with a summary of these findings.
