Vliv bílkovinných koncentrátů na obsah aminokyselin v mléce dojnic
Hubálková, Alžběta
The aim of the experiment was observing the effect of protein concentrate addition to the amino acid composition in milk from dairy cows of the holstein breed in ecological agriculture. There were 20 dairy cows selected for the experiment and divided into two groups. Both groups have the same basic feed dosage consisting of maize si-lage, clover-grass haylage – first cut, grass haylage – first cut, winter wheat and spring barley. The control group of dairy cows (n = 10) was fed only with a basic feed dosage. There was added protein concentrate to the control feed dosage for the experimental group of dairy cows, in an amount of 1 kilogramme per unit per day. The protein concentrate contained soybean, linseed and sunflower cakes. Whole experiment lasted 30 days. Sampling of milk for the determination of amino acid concentration in milk was taken regularly every tenth day. The addition of protein concentrate increased the concentration of aspartic acid and glycine (P < 0.05), the effect of the other monitored amino acids were not statistically significant. According the results, it is likely that the addition of protein concen-trate may affect the concentration of some amino acids in milk of dairy cows.
