The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is a lately constructed building of BUT Technology Transfer Center in the city of Brno - Kralovo pole, in the street Kolejní within University Campus BUT Pod Palackého vrchem. University Campus BUT is in a full expansion and they are still building new buildings. Concept of Technology Transfer Center is concluded in the project Generel from architects Pech and Fixel and it copies the defined shape of parcel. Height of building does not stand out because of the function and purpose of the work. The building consists of offices, laboratories and factory hall.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the solution of BUT Technology Transfer Centre in city part Brno - Královo pole near the street Kolejní in the area of the University campus under Palacky hill. The building consists of offices, factory halls and laboratories. Site of the designed building is in harmony with the original General Plan projected by two architects named Pech and Fixel and the designed object follows the main axis of the generel. The dominant element of the designed building is special facade PROSOLVE 370e, which works on an architectural modular system.

The subject of development Bachlor's thesis is new building of Center Transfer Technology VUT. The building is situated in district of Brno - Kralovo pole, in the street Kolejni within the VUT campus. During the designing, the main thing to emphasize was to keep the composition of axes in areal VUT Generel from architects Pech and Fixel. Based on those axes it is established on existing road handling area, which is in front of CTT. This road is connected to street Kolejni and it allows it to be the main arrival road to the object. Simple, longitudinal mass which respects the surrounding buildings and axes of areal. It is naturally designed to the complicated slope terrain and it saves natural urabnistic context. Principle of my design is shape simplicity. Minimalistic design supported with rectangular simple shapes. Defining the land, it's made of longitudinal mass which respects surrounding building. Architectural concept is based on black and white contrast. Minimalistic austere mass is in harmony with surrounding building but in cotrast of natural shades of green in slope terrain. Structural program is made of three main features, usage of special technology - production halls, laboratories and offices. Those features are layered so the working solution is the most flexible and universal.
