The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the business strategy and position of the DMG MORI engineering company in the machine tool and forming machine market based on the macro environment and the microenvironment of the company. PEST analysis and Porter's model of competitive environment were used to analyze these environments. Everything was evaluated using SWOT analysis.
