Flavonoidy v druzích čeledi Lamiaceae
Fiala, Jonáš
In this bachelor thesis were described flavonoids, their chemical structure, properties and significance. Furthermore, the morphology of the genera Mentha L., Salvia L. and Origanum L. was described with a focus on the correct taxonomic classification and brief characteristics of the varieties. From the literature and scientific articles was collected informations about the content substances of individual taxa with a focus on flavonoids, their content, effects and factors that influence their content and quantity.
Faktory ovlivňující množství a kvalitu silice v rodu Origanum L. (dobromysl)
Gricová, Martina
Bachelor thesis, written on Factors influencing the quantity and the quality of essential oil in the genus Origanum L. (Dobromysl), is an enumeration of Czech and foreign information regarding to description of the genus. The literary part is dedicated to taxonomy, botanical description, expansion, morpohology and ecology of the genus. Part of the thesis is a description of the taxa cultivated in The experimental garden of ZF MENDELU in Lednice. The quantity and the quality of the essential oils are assessed from the point of view of both internal and external factors (genotype, ontogenesis, phenology, climatic influence, fertilization, composting) and from the way of harvesting and post-harvest treatment. Key words: Origanum, essential oil, genotype, phenology, fertilization
Ověření pravosti označení taxonů rodu Origanum L. pomocí metod GC-MC a AFLP
Hradská, Lucie
The aim was to verify the authenticity marking taxa genus Origanum L. The sortments were grown at the experimental plots ZF MENDELU in 2014. The analysis of the evaluation results of the work carriedout was laso done in the same year. The assortments were morphological described. The morphological characters were such as: plant height, leaf size, inflorescence height, color of the leaves and flowers. Further details were recorded on phenological phases of the taxa. Oregano samples were assessed for quantity of essential oils by distillation and the essential oils was then subjected to qualitative evaluation using the GC-MC method. The genetic relationships were evaluated using the AFLP methods.
