Suggestions for project teaching on the 2nd grade of elementary school using the example of inanimate nature of Novohradské mountains.

This thesis deals with teaching about inanimate nature of the local region. The main theme of the thesis is to create own suggestions for project teaching on the 2nd grade of elementary school using the example of inanimate nature of Novohradské mountains. The project includes various activities focused on teaching about inanimate nature. The theoretical part deals with basic principles of interdisciplinary relations, project-based teaching and field exercise. It also includes an assessment of the significance of the interdisciplinary relitonships of the topic inanimate nature within the FEP. One of these chapters is devoted to the physical-geographic characteristics of the Novohradské mountains. The practical part is the final suggestion of the project.
Creation of the plan of care for locality Cikánský hill in Novohradske mountains

The aim of this thesis is to create a care plan for the natural monument Cikánský hill in Novohradské mountains according to the applicable methodology under ref M/100856/04, as amended. The introduction is dedicated to the description of literature and methodology. Second part is focused on the physiographic characteristics of Cikánský hill in terms of Novohradské mountains. In this part of thesis, the list and location of cryogenic mesoform which should be protected by the following means are shown. The last part is focused on the possibility of implementing the care plan itself. This work is complemented with maps attachments that are created with the help of GIS system. The thesis contains also photographic exhibits taken directly in the place.
The natural monument Kuní hora in the Novohradské Mountains, charakteristic, proposal of protection and plan of care

The aim of this work is to implement a plan of care for the site: Kuni Mountain, according to the methodology approved on the 29th September 2004 under No.M/100856/04, as amended. The introductory part of this work is devoted to important facts about Kuni Mountain and the possible measures to implement the plan of care for this natural monument. Further work is divided into two major parts. The first part is dedicated to processing the complex geophysical characteristics of Kuni Mountain. This section includes: geology, geomorphology, climatology, hydrology, soil science, biogeography, and conservation throughout the site. After studying the available material at the site, I decided to draft a management plan for the natural monument that is Kuni Mountain. This thesis is accompanied by map attachments that were created using GIS: An integral part of this thesis is the photographic attachments, which the author personally sourced in field surveys.
