This bachelor thesis is focused on proposition and elaboration of project documentation for construction of building an object of above-standard family house which is located in the cadastral area of municipality Hodslavice on a site number 1490/28. The project is consistent with the ground plan of the municipality. The object is partially basement building with two overground floors and a garage, which has been projected for two cars. The house has been designed as one accomodation unit intended for a four-member family. Construction system has been solved from concrete blocks BTB Prefa in the basement and from ceramic blocks in the overground floors. The project of inner disposition has been solved so that its function suits to all user´s demands.

Subject of this work is pursuance technology of above-standard family house. This diploma thesis contains construction and technology report, technological prescriptions for important parts of buildings, technology report of plant building site, concepts of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, technology report of health and safety on the construction site. Budget, calculation and time planning, a drawing of the facilities of the construction site, description of transport relations is included in addendum. Work also contains part about use of Calcium silicate masonry and its comparation.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a house with one housing unit, situated on a sloping terrain in the cadastral area of Brno - Židenice. The building has one floor above ground, there is a cellar under a part of the house, and the space is opened towards the west. A shed roof has been chosen. The layout of the building is divided into three sectors: resting, working and relaxing, all contributing to the above standard quality of the house.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis (high standard detached house) is preparing the project documentation for the building of the houses. This house is designed for four family members and is situated in the centre of Kravaře. The building is solved as detached, without basement, two-storey high. The first floor can be devided into three parts. Technical part, active part and relaxing part. In the technical part is located the garage for two cars, technical room and the storage for garden supplies, bikes and other working tools. We can also included to this part the stairs and WC. In active zone of the house is located living room with the dining room and the kitchen. Relaxing part of the house consist of single room with sauna and shower bath. The second floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall and the changing room.

The purpose of this paper is to prepare the project documentation of the construction part for the building of the houses of hight standard according to the legal decree number 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation. Projected building is a detached single store buildig located in the village Lelekovice and it is projected for a family of 4 to 5 members. The building includes a garage for three cars.

This thesis deals with detached two-storey building with 1 apartment unit, staffed in sloping terrain in the administrative territory of Nový Jičín. The building is roofed by arch and green roof at different levels and is luxuriously equipped with an indoor swimming pool and sauna.

This work aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The project addresses the new construction of a high standard family house. Family house is located in the village of Tři Dvory in the Central Region. The house is designed for a family of four people for year-round occupancy. The building has one underground and above-ground floors. The house is L-shaped and is bricked from ceramic blocks. The roof is a combination of vegetation flat roofs and classic flat roofs. The building is situated on a slightly sloping terrain.

This bachelor's work deal with study of high standard deteached house with the double garage. House is two – storey high with shed roof with prevailing dimentions 26 m x 10,6 m. Around the house is designed teracce follow up to garden. Entries to the house are from the teracce on first floor and from path on second floor. Supporting walls are made prom Porotherm 30 PROFI, extermal walls are extamal thermal contact insulation system.

My Bachelor thesis deals with project of a family house, which is setted in a slopping terrain. My project corresponds to the scope of documentation for the execution of construction, which further determines dividing into single units. It says a lot about about two-floor brick house. Roof construction above second above ground floor is single-layer flat roof. This disposal solution allows comfortable living for 4 people.

The project is consistent with the ground plan of the municipality. The object is partially basement building with two overground floors and a garage, which has been projected for one car. The house has been designed as one accomodation unit intended for a four-member family. Construction system in the basement and overground floors has been solved as monolithic reinforced concrete construction, concrete characteristic: C30/37, XP1, weldable reinforcing steel: S235-B500B. The project of inner disposition has been solved so that its function suits to all user´s demands.
