Fric, Marek ; Kolářová, Eva (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
The content of my master´s project is a design of an NZEB building of a restaurant. The building is located in Brno near Nová Zbrojovka and the Svitava river. The design was carried out with Revit and with a partial implementation of BIM. The master´s project consists of three main parts. The first part focuses on the structural design of the building, the second part is focused on the design of building services and the third part consists of introducing the possibilities of advanced application of BIM in the design of the buildings. The building is V-shaped with a flat green roof and has two floors. The load-bearing system combines masonry walls, reinforced concrete walls, and columns. The floor slabs are also made of reinforced concrete. The partitions are made of plasterboard and masonry. The foundation of the building is formed by a reinforced concrete ground slab. For the insulation was chosen combination of ETICS and ventilated facade. The heating, cooling and air conditioning are provided by an HVAC systém and heat pumps. As a source of hot domestic water was designed electric boiler and heat pumps. The main source of electric energy is provided by a distribution network but partial independence of the building on the distribution network is ensured by photovoltaic panels. The sewer system is made of a combination of gravity sanitary sewer and a vacuum stormwater system. A source of drinking water is the water supply system.
