Analysis of the resources provided through the "local action groups"

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to find financial allocation postpaid funds from Local action group Lípa pro venkov o. s. and qualify transaction costs. Theoretical frame is focused on policy of rural development and an explanation of the LEADER method with a specific example. Further there is a brief description of transaction costs and a method of their research in the text. Research objective is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the sector analysis is examined and in the second part it is the industry analysis of postpaid funds. Last part deals with administrative costs of LAG and on the recipient side the induced costs with the aid of questionnaire survey are calculated. Founding of a non governmental, non profit organisation ( a civic association) and its initial running, ways of financing and most common issues

The dissertation goes on to discuss the founding process of non profit organisations in the current legislative situation, the running of these organisations and some initial issues. The focal point of the dissertation is in finding ways of financing non profit, non governmental organisations. The main ways of financing include public collections, foundation support, support received from regional self-governing areas and governmental departments, local action groups and also profit gained by organisations' activities. The practical part of the dissertation then describes the founding of the Mother Centre {--}Človíček NEBOJSA, c.a. in 2007 in the small town of Trhové Sviny located in South Bohemia. Through the initiative of a few ladies on maternity leave the organisation was founded, providing facilities and a meeting place for parents on parental leave and their children. The author describes from her own experience the reasons for founding the association, the founding process, initial problems and finding ways of financing the project.
