The thesis focuses on folk culture in Chodsko. The main focus is folk songs and collectors. It provides an insight into the differences between the Upper and Lower Chodsko region. Reader will find important historical and present personalities for regional folk culture. At the end of the thesis there is a proposal for working with Chodsko's folk culture in the primaey school environment.
