Financing the Construction og a Low Energy House

This thesis describes the design of optimal options for financing the construction og a low energy house. In the introductory section describes the characteristics of the two products designed to finance housing, mortgage loan and building savings. Another section is devoted to the characteristics and principles of construction of a low energy house, which is related to low energy and less than saving the house. The final section focuses on the selection of a suitable vision of the comparable financial products.

The bachelor thesis solves the proposal of a two-family house on the basis of wood in Strážnice. The work contains complete documentation for construction, assessment of acoustics, lighting and fire safety of buildings. The house is divided into two living units. The first single-storey apartment unit is designed for a two-member family with layout 3 + KK. The second two-storey apartment unit is designed for a four-member family with layout 5 + KK. The apartment units are independent, each with its own main entrance and two parking spaces. The house is designed as a wooden structure, where the vertical structures form the supporting panels, which together with the horizontal track elements form one unit. Fundamentals are solved in the form of base passages based on non-fading depth. Roofs over both units are single, warm flat roof.
Energy efficient house with design office

The Bachelor´s thesis Energy efficient house with desing office is made as building documentation in agreenment whith standarts and legal norms and acts. House is desinged as two floored basement house with pitched roof and one floored cellarless, flat roofe part with workshop and garage. The construction is based on a concrete strip foundation. The building is made of ceramic block, the ceiling and flat roof is designed as monolithic construcion, pitched roof is made as wooden roof construction. House is projected as Low energy detached house.
Kindergarten FUTURUM

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a modern, low-energy kindergarten on the premises of the Cyril and Methodius grammar school and a secondary vocational school in Brno Stránice. This bachelor thesis is based on the subject of studio design AG 035 Studio of Architectural Design V. - Interior and Architectural Space. The proposed kindergarten is a two-storey modern building, based on elements of traditional architecture. The mass as a whole tries to create a comprehensive impression, corresponding to the surrounding buildings. The building is designed for two classes. The interior is intended to provide children with a relationship with natural materials, which are widely represented here. The classes are designed on the second floor so that the children have more sunlight and plenty of views around.
Energy saving buildings

Práce se zabývá problematikou nízkoenergetických a pasivních domů, včetně předložení důvodů pro jejich výstavbu. Poukazuje na jejich vlastnosti a sledované parametry pro splnění požadovaných hodnot. Dále pojednává o nejdůležitějších podmínkách pro výběr polohy energeticky efektivních staveb a o doporučeném zónování místností dle světových stran v závislosti na slunečním záření. Uvádí možnosti složení konstrukčních částí a nejčastěji používané výtopné systémy pro energeticky efektivní stavby, které jsou svým provozem šetrnější k životnímu prostředí. Cílem je předložit ucelenou informaci o daném tématu tak, aby bylo možno vyvozovat závěry podporující praktické využití těchto staveb, a to především z hlediska potenciálu značných energetických úspor. Práce rovněž vypovídá o vývoji výstavby energeticky úsporných budov v České republice. Optimization of life cycle costs of family houses

The theoretical part deals at the beginning with wooden buildings and suitable materials. Then information about low energy houses, passive houses and requirements for new buildings is introduced. The theoretical part of the work also summarizes the selection of the technological solution. Important part is about individual life cycle stages of the building, wear and tear of the buildings and whole life costs of the building that the investor is interested in. Practical part of the thesis consists of a case study of the wooden family house where the whole life costs of the building life cycle are solved.
Rodinný dům

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the about the family residence. The detached house is located in Brno-Královo Pole, in cadastral area Poděbradova. The family house is located on a relatively flat plot and is situated on the north side. The house has two floors, with a balcony on the second floor and flat roof. On the east side there is a storage. The whole family building the residence is made of concrete slabs, with the main focus on Steico building materials. All insulation materials are from Isover. Project documentation was performed in Autocad computer software.
Apartment building

The aim of this bachelor thesis is processing of the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. This apartment building is located in Zlín in the local part Prštné. In the building there are three above-ground floor with a partial basement. Structural system is transversal wall. The foundation construction is designed on the foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed cast-in-place reinforced concrete with fix into the loadbearing transversal walls. The roof is flat with washed river aggregates loading layer. The floor constructions are designed heavy, floating. The thermal insulation of the facade is designed of graphite expanded polystyrene in an ETICS certified system.
Alternatives to solutions of low energy and passive family houses

This diploma thesis is focused on material and technical alternatives of the building envelope and heating of low energy houses and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on main principles of designing low-energy building standards. The practical part is aimed to the best economic and technical solution of new buildings in low energy and passive standard on a particular case. At the end of thesis the evaluation of the best design options is performed.
