Development of the school in the Louňovice pod Blaníkem in historical and regional context

The thesis "Development of the School in Louňovice pod Blaníkem in Historical-Regional Context" aims to map the emergence and evolution of the school in Louňovice pod Blaníkem against the backdrop of the region, examining the development and characteristics of the municipality within its own historical context. The political and educational context in relation to the educational laws of the studied period is also considered. The methods employed in this thesis include source analysis, inductive and deductive methods, and the project method. The historical section describes the regional, historical, and economic development of the municipality, as well as the establishment and evolution of the school throughout history.The practical part focuses on a demonstration of project-based teaching in the third year. The aim is to bring students closer to the history of the school and the township, allowing them to process acquired information through experiential learning. The outcome of the thesis is a summary of the historical development of the township and school in Louňovice pod Blaníkem, along with the implementation of the project "School: Past and Present." Jiří Pilát and his musical legacy in Poříčí nad Sázavou and its surroundings

This master thesis introduces Jiří Pilát (4. 4. 1921 - 7. 6. 2007), a native of Posázaví. He had been concerned with music on a non-professional level all his life, especially with liturgical music. In order to carry on his interest he created a rich archive, mostly by searching and transcribing the score material. The work aims to show his life and work with regard to both his lifelong musical focus and local activity, and his conceivable influence on the broader cultural awareness. It is comprised from five main chapters: the life of Jiří Pilát, his heritage, a choir and an orchestra in Poříčí nad Sázavou, efforts to re- reveal the work of Jan Dismas Zelenka and draw attention to it; and the musical legacy of Jiří Pilát. Château Lounovice pod Blanikem. The history of the building, appreciation of its architecture and artistic decoration

This bachelor thesis is focused to the building history of early baroque château in Lounovice pod Blanikem. Although it is a very interesting and valuable object only a very little attention has paid to this château so far. After the building historical research, the history of the object, description and analysis of architecture are processed. The special attention is concentrated on decorations of the château. In connection with the decoration an experiment about evaluation and inclusion of preserved stucco decorations is made in former chateau´s chapel. The aim of this work is the approximation of history and art values of this château to wider public and to contribute to its better recognition.
