Second on eis dealing with analysis of internal processes. Third part is dedicated to theorethical studies. Last part is focused on the new proposals and solvings.

Subject of this master‘s thesis is evaluation of potential purchase of steel coils from Asian markets for automotive industry in EU. In the theoretical part are explained basic methods for market analysis and backgrounds, which are necessary for effective purchasing management. Practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of external and internal factors that affect company, comparison of delivery terms between suppliers and risk analysis which is joined with change of supplier. Contribution to this work and results of the study are summarized at the end of the thesis.

The Study Logistics Supply in the Selected Company

The thesis monitors the distribution logistics of company CommScope at the local and corporate level. The aim of this work is the optimization of the current state and the proposal to use the combined mode of transport for the largest customer in Europe. The theoretical part is focused on the current method of arranging transport and carrier choise. The practical part is a detailed analysis of the road transport from manufacturer to the customer and proposal for using an alternative mode of combined transporport is formulated.

This diploma thesis focuses on the optimization of inventory control in a manufacturing company. Basic information about stocks and their possible kind of analysis are presented in the context of theoretical approaches. There was to introduce a production company and its products. Finally, based on the analysis of stocks, especially the production of components and their suppliers are designed ways of managing and storing supplies, which should contribute to the reduction of the stocks and the consequent reduction in costs.

This part also includes an analysis of a specific business process management. The final part then proposes possible solutions of the problems detected in the analysis, which would lead to business process improvement and more satisfied customers.

This thesis deals with the general principle of technology as a partial freight logistics center services ČSAD Hodonín, as The paper first lists and describes the activities related to the operation of logistics centers, which are further supplemented by an analysis of the operation, focusing on the loading, unloading and transfer batches of different manufacturing companies. This thesis is further supplemented by a theoretical approach with potential applications in the actual operation. The result is then draft general technological progress in the transportation of goods from the factory to the logistics center using its own freight.
