The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of corporate income tax. The aim is to introduce the reader to the tax terms of this work and to propose a reduction of the obligation for a specific company according to applicable legal regulations. The proposal chosen by me will then be compared with the existing tax methodology for legal entities.

Optimization of Taxation a Self-employed Person and Limited Liability Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on two legal forms of business, namely business as a self- employed person and a limited liability company. On the basis of these two legal forms, the tax liability of the selected person is optimized with the intention of finding out which legal form is more advantageous for the taxpayer. The theoretical part defines essential concepts related to the tax system, personal and legal income tax and the procedure for calculating the tax liability. The practical part of the bachelor thesis includes optimization of tax liability, proposals and recommendations for reducing the tax burden and subsequent comparison of individual legal forms of business.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the selection of optimal legal form for business activities for a particular company. It specifies individual evaluating criteria, whit should be taken into account in selection the most appropriate form of business. These criteria´s are further evaluated and compared within chosen forms of business. By comparison of individual variants they are evaluated and chosen for the most suitable legal form for specific businessman.

This thesis deals with the suggestion of a business plan, which is used for the development of small business. The thesis analyzes the present situation of the company by analyzing of the internal and external surroundings. The aim is to suggest changes and choose the appropriate strategy for the development of small business. The proposal is analyze the possibility of transformation of the business entity to a limited liability company and the possibility of obtaining the operating and investment loan.

Transition to a Different Business Form in Terms of Income Tax

This thesis deals with tax implications. It is focused on the evaluation of the options of transferring to another business form in terms of tax burden. By processing the overall tax burden in various business forms will be proposed an option, which would bet he best for husbands Houfek in terms of tax. There will be also taken into account tax optimization using international revenues that husbands could arrives in connection with business development.

Tax Optimization of joint ventures

This bachelor thesis deals with joint ventures in Czech republic from the perspective of income taxes. The paper describes the forms of buisness and their tax implications. Theoretical findings are afterwards applied on the collaborating persons. Afterwards, the calculation of tax liability in chosen forms of buisness is made. At the end, the results are compared and the optimal solution is suggested.
