Survey works in the selected cadastral territory as the basis for land consolidation projects

This work is focused on the design of land improvements in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the intention is to get an overview of the historical development of land use in the Czech Republic, their importance, types of their forms, the subject of land use, the perimeter of land use, their objectives and results, their financing and finally the protection of agricultural land resources. Overall, this section summarizes a substantial introduction to this topic. The practical part is focused on one stage of land readjustment, which is an analysis of the current situation. The cadastral area of Trhonín was chosen for this stage. A field survey is carried out in this locality and all available data are collected, and an analysis of the current situation is made on the basis of these documents. The cadastral area of Trhonín is characterized in many respects.

Building of road network in the frame of the plan of common appliances during the years 1995-2011 in the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov in the dependence on the trends of their building prices

Building of field roads following the complex reparcelling follows from the plan of joint facilities and is proposed with respect to the given cadastre. In the Czech traffic rules, field road is mentioned as a kind of purpose-built communication. The Czech norm No. 73 6109 defines it as a of purpose-built communication, serving preliminarily to the farmers, but potentially having also other function. It can serve as a bicycle path, pedestrian path and mainly as a road for motor vehicles enabling the owners to reach fields in their possession and their rational use. Field roads and the surrounding vegetation contribute to the landscape scenery and its biodiversity, permanently and clearly determine the borders between fields and cadastres. In summary, they contribute to stability of the cadastre. My task was to evaluate the newly-built joint facilities, namely the road network, from the point of view of their costs for the land offices České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. Therefore, I used the data offered to me by these offices. All these data are summarised in chapter 5: Results and Discussion. In the Summary, I put together all the new findings and the course of building prices during 2000 - 2011.

Perimeter determination of cadastral territory as a base for a project of complex Land adjustment

The thesis analyzes the activities that are needed in determining the border of land consolidation, with a focus on border course investigation - in terms of laws and regulations, as well as on the specific case in the cadastral Smetanova Lhota. In the cadastral area was conducted reconnaissance and results were compared with the situation in the existing cadastral maps. After measuring was submitted part of the border land consolidation, including the solution of differences between the actual state and condition registred in the maps
