Rezistence dřepčíků a stonkových krytonosců na řepce k vybraným insekticidům
Richterová, Terezie
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the selection of resistance to selected insecticides in populations of flea beetles and stem weevils collected from conventional oilseed rape fields in the Czech Republic during 2021 and 2022. Testing for resistance to the active ingredients lambda-cyhalothrin, tau-fluvalinate and acetamiprid was carried out according to the methods IRAC (Insecticide Resistance Action Committee) No. 011 and 021. The statistical program Polo Plus 2.0 was used to evaluate the tests, the percentage efficiencies, degrees of resistance and lethal doses were determined. Based on the results, it was found that the populations of flea beetles show resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin. Populations of the cabbage stem weevil show resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin and tau-fluvalinate. To the substance acetamiprid, the populations of stem weevils are currently sensitive. It is therefore necessary to apply anti-resistance strategies to these pests in order to prevent further selection of resistance.
Rezistence bázlivce kukuřičného k vybraným účinným látkám insekticidů
Tobek, František
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the resistance of the western corn rootworm (Diabrotica virgifera virgifera Le Conte 1858) to selected active ingredients of insecticides in 2022. The tested active ingredients were lambda-cyhalothrin and indoxacarb according to IRAC (Insecticide Resistance Action Committee) testing methodology No. 011 and No. 027 (adult vial test). Different concentrations of active ingredients were applied, their percentage efficacy, lethal doses and degree of resistance of the population were statistically evaluated by the Polo Plus 2.0 programme. Based on the results, it was found that western corn rootworm populations are susceptible or moderately resistant to lambda-cyhalothrin. A large variability in the sensitivity of individual populations has been demonstrated for indoxacarb. There were highly susceptible populations, but also moderately resistant to this ingredient. Currently, only active ingredients from the pyrethroid group are allowed in the Czech Republic, therefore the use of indoxacarb is not possible. Repeated use of the same active ingredients leads to the selection of resistant populations.
Rezistence škůdců obilnin z řádu brouků k vybraným insekticidům
Gerla, Martin
Diploma thesis about a resistance of insect pests of cereals from order bugs against individ-ual insecticides is focused on resistance of western corn root worm (Diabrotica virgifera vir-gifera LeConte, 1868) against individual active ingredients. As active ingredients have been chosen lambda-cyhalothrin (from group of pyrethroids) and indoxacarb (from group of oxadiazines). Collecting of adult bugs happened in seven locations of Jihomoravský kraj on field with corn (Zea mays) in 2022. The testing of resistance has been done regarding methods of IRAC (Insecticide Resistance Action Committee) number 11 and 27. These methods are also known as an adult vial test. Laboratory efficacy, level of resistance and lethal doses have been assessed by Polo Plus 2. 0. programme. Mostly, highly susceptible and susceptible populations have been found against indoxacarb and lambda-cyhalothrin. The only exception was found in Velké Bílovice, where has been found a population with medium resistance against active ingredient lamda-cyhalothrin.
Rezistence blýskáčka řepkového (Brassicogethes aeneus, Fabr. 1775) k vybraným účinným látkám insekticidů
Langová, Melanie
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the status of resistance of the pollen beetle (Brassicogethes aeneus, Fabr. 1775) to selected active ingredients of insecticides in 2020. The tested active ingredients were lambda-cyhalothrin, tau-fluvalinate, indoxacarb and Biscaya 240 OD (thiacloprid) according to IRAC testing methodology (Insecticide Resistance Action Committee) 011, 021 and 027 (adult vial test). After application of different concentrations of the insecticides were statistically evaluated their percent-age efficacy, degree of resistance of the population and lethal dose by Polo Plus 2.0 software. Based on the results, it was found that Brassicogethes aeneus populations showed resistance to lambda-cyhalothrin and tau-fluvalinate. Individuals were highly sensitive to indoxacarb. Brassicogethes aeneus showed considerable variability in the degrees of resistance against Biscaya 240 OD. Indoxacarb appears momentally to be the best way of plant protection, but further monitoring is important.
Rezistence škůdců řepky k vybraným účinným látkám insekticidů
Hajda, Tomáš
Resistence population of pollen beattle on selected locations of Moravia and Silesia were observed during the 2017. Beattles were taked off in the field during spring and their sensitivity to insecticides active substances indoxacarb, chlorpyrifos, thiacloprid, tau-fluvalinate, cypermethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin were tested in laboratory. Tested using methods of IRAC – 11, 21, 25 and 27. Mortality of beattles at various concentrations of active substances was evaluated after 24 hours. Levels of resistance were changed for individual location.
Rezistence blýskáčka řepkového (Meligethes aeneus, Fabr. 1775) k pesticidům na vybraných lokalitách jižní Moravy
Kubátová, Kateřina
My thesis is devoted to the resistance of pollen beetle (Meligethes aeneus, son. Brassicogethes aeneus Fabricius, 1775) to pesticides in selected localities in southern Moravia. Collecting adults was performed in the spring of 2013 by tapped into polyethylene bags. Adults are collected from the stands of oilseed rape, mustard and poppy. Tests were performed on the basis of the methodology of Insecticide Resistance Action Committee number 011, 021, 025. In total, we tested the pollen population from 18 locations. For testing, we used the following chemical substances: Biscaya 240 OD, cypermethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, tau-fluvalinate, etofenprox, chlorpyrifos(ethyl). We evaluated 100% of the registered dose of pesticides after 24 hours. From the results of the individual populations, we found large differences in resistance to chemicals.
