The comparison of ecological and functional characteristics of species Filipendula vulgaris in rich species meadows of White Carpatian Mountains: Analysis of growth and assesment of carbohydrate storage by method of liquid chromatography
OLIVA, Ivo
Filipendula vulgaris is not dominant species undemanding on locality. The biomas of studied species was rising as well as the biomass of competitors in time. Influence of surroundings biomass was inconclusive. The aim of this study was evaluation of dynamism of total nonstructural carbohydrates (TNC) in species F. vulgaris during vegetation season. It was tested influence of competitors on plants and it was included influence of mowing too. TNC in roots didn´t vary significantly. After mowing plant quickly regenerated.
The comparison of ecological and functional characteristics of species Lathyrus niger in rich species meadows and in deciduous forests of White Carpathian Mountains: analysis of growth and assesment of carbohydrate storage by method of liquid chromatography
KLEČKOVÁ, Hana
Lathyrus niger is a persistent herb typical for deciduous forests, which produced a lot of biomass, especially under ground. The aim of this study was evaluation of dynamism of total nonstructural carbohydrates (TNC) in roots and analysis of growth in species L. niger during vegetation season. It was tested influence of biotope (forest or meadow), including influence of shading plants in forest, next influence of mowing on plant{\crq}s growth and on change of content of TNC.
