Bachelor thesis is focused on the use of agricultural land resources in the cadastral area Levínská Olešnice. It is about detailed analysis of historical and actual facts and the comparison the loss of agricultural lands due to land development. The analysis is done from year 1959 to the present, all is limited in historical milestones. The thesis generally solves agricultural land resource and history of land resource registration. The importat part is description of estimated pedologic-ecological unit that determines the market value especially of agricultural land. There is written detailed analysis which affects the use of these agricultural areas. The thesis contains the use of lands from described area in important historical milestones based on collected facts from cadastre of real estate. The main purpose of this thesis is analyse the use of agricultural land resource in the cadastral area Levínská Olešnice.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the use of agricultural land resources in the selected cadastral area. My bachelor thesis devoted to analysis of the historical development of agricultural land. I concentrated on the period of time beginning in 1958 and ending with the present. The thesis is divided into two larger units. In the first part of thesis is processed characteristics land and land resources and the development of Czech agriculture. The second part is devoted to the cadastral territory Sudkov. We find here the characteristics of the selected area and the historical development of specific plots in the cadastral Sudkov. Ownership of land development is described from the land books to the actual cadastral register. The main purpose of this thesis is analyse the development assessment and utilization of land resources in the cadastral area Sudkov.

Legislativní dopady aktualizace systému bonitovaných půdně ekologických jednotek

The bachelor thesis describes the precise definition of code of valued soil-ecological units (BPEJ) and climatic conditions. The thesis is concentrated on the whole system BPEJ, their origins and history. In addition to, it is focused on the approaching of the update of BPEJ in our territory. It is also described what legislation is related to breeding in the Czech Republic, which is dedicated, especially, to the spatial planning, vulnerable areas (LFA), taxes and the exclusion of the land from the agricultural land fund. Moreover, I describe the utilization of these values in science and research, where I will detaily focus on the project ReSteEP, the erosion control and the utilization of BPEJ in Land Consolidation.
