Insufficient knowledge of economical and financial analysis of candidates for public sector subsidies leads to waste of these sources. After reading this thesis, reader should be able distinguish differences of utilizing analysis in projects funded by public sector and private sector. Reader should be able to use the right method to evaluate project and be able to determine feasibility of getting resources. Reader should be able to run economical and financial analysis, important part of feasibility study, for projects funded and cofunded by public sector.

This Bachelor’s thesis characterizes and analyzes the company Agrodružstvo Jevišovice, which plans a unique business project – the crocodile farm as part of agricultural tourism’s grounds. The object of my Bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of financial plan and risk analysis. It comprises proposals of possible solutions of identified risks which should result in a successful completion of the project and its economical operation with minimizing extraordinary cost and damages.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate an investment plan of effectiveness of the Worthington Cylinders a.s. company. On the basis of the data and information from the company I evaluated the investment plan through the statistic and dynamic methods which were given in the resources. The last part of the thesis includes the final evaluation and the decision whether to realize the investment plan or not.
