Analysis of the profitability entry into II. pillar of the pension system in the Czech Republic

The proposal to introduce the second pillar pension reform is currently undergoing approval procedure in the Czech Government. The goal of this work is to evaluate to whom, depending on age, income, and the selected fund, this pillar will provide better background when retired. For each of the available funds (bonds, conservative, balanced and dynamic funds) I will create the income limit, based on participant's age, above which it is worth entering the second pillar for the insured. Finally, I will compare the amount of annuity payments from the amount saved in second pillar with a reduced amount of income from the first pillar.
