Management územních střetů v Hranickém krasu
Horníček, Martin
The master thesis on "Management of territorial conflicts in the Hranice Karst" deals with the identification of risks associated with the use of a specific part of the Hranice Karst. The subject of this analysis are five adjacent cadastral areas (Hranice, Černotín, Teplice nad Bečvou, Ústí and Skalička). The NPR Hůrka u Hranice is of great interest. In this protected natural area there is a world unique in the form of the Hranice Abyss, which is the deepest freshwater flooded abyss in the world. In order to preserve such a world-class landmark, it is important to pursue a long-term sustainable development strategy, not only in its immediate vicinity but also in its wider surroundings, as the Hranice Karst is a specific karst area due to its hydrogeological conditions in the subsoil. The proposed management of conflicts of interest in this area presents both general and specific measures applicable in practice. The measures have been developed with the help of available strategic and spatial planning documents. Furthermore, the results from the annual monitoring of the area of interest were used. The study of other available documents and text and maps obtained through field research was also an important basis. To verify the feasibility of the proposed measures in practice, expert communication with representatives of local authorities and key stakeholders of the area of interest was used. Map outputs were produced using ArcGIS Pro software.
