The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. Mountain Hotel

The thesis focuses on a project of a mountain hotel. Hotel is located in the area Jeseník, altitude of 550 m. It is detached hotel with a rectangular ground plan with one underground floor and four above ground floors. In the basement is the engine room ventilation, bikes room and in the second part of the underground is wellness center. On the first floor is a restaurant. In the other floors are hotel rooms for 1 to 3 person. On the fourth floor are two apartments. The hotel is based on the monolithic footings.In the basement the vertical supporting are from concrete. Other vertical supporting are built from bricks Porotherm 30, which is insulated and ventilated facade with laggin 150 mm. Supporting horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a double skin roof structure made of wooden trusses.

Mountain hotel

Master’s thesis theme is mountain hotel project. The hotel has one lower basement and four aboveground floor. It has trditional look and the roof is double-pitched. Floor projection looks like letter "L". Main part has measurements 25,3 x 14,1 m and it has four floor. Extension is on northwest side of main part. It has measuremnts 11,85 x 9,5 m and three floor. Facede of basement and first floor is from stone facing mansory. Facade od second floor of main patr of buildings id timbered looks like curb. Third and fourth floor are attic, gable is vertical timbered. Facade of second floor of extension is plaster on ETICS. The gable od extension is vertical timbered. Roof covering is alpen shingle from larch wood. Foundations of house are shallow. The construction system is walled. The lower basement is built from masonry BS Klatovy BD30 and other wall are from masonry Porotherm . Floor structures are from monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness 220 mm. House stairs are prefabricated double-flight. Partition wall are mostly built from mansory Porotherm 11,5 P+D. Lintols above windows and doors in facadeare made by reverse of floor slab and inside of disposition are made by ceramics lintols Porotherm. Floor structures are floating with impact insulation in whole house. In living rooms wear layers are from oak parquet block and in common rooms, toilets, bathrooms and technical rooms is ceramics paving. Wall’s surfaces are made from patent plaster and in lower basement are made from two-coat work with white coat. Toilets and bathrooms are tilled with ceramic tiles. All distributions of building equipment are covered with gypsum plasterboard ceiling. All windows and doors in facade are made by wooden profile Solid comfort SC78 and glazed by triple glazing unit (Uw,max=0,9 W/m2.K), exception is main entrance door, It is made by aluminum profile and it is automatically opened.

Mountain hotel

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the village Rokytnice nad Jizernou. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive touristic and skiing area of mountain range Krkonoše. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor there is a restaurant with a terrace, kitchen and administrative facilities of hotel. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and room for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, technical facilities and garage compound. Construction of building is made of the reinforced concrete monolithic transverse frames with beam filling of ceramic block.

The topic of dissertation is project of two- storey mountain hotel in Horní Bečva. Mountain hotel will be used for accommodation and STRAVOVÁNÍ. In basement are four hotel rooms connected by corridor with access to clubroom, fitness room, lounge, sauna and staircase, which is connecting basement and ground floor. In the basement are also rooms for employees, which are office, laundry storage room and cleaning room. In ground floor are rooms for guests, as restaurant, bar, conference room, WC and bicycle and ski room. There are also rooms for employees with separate entrance, which are dressing rooms for men and women, kitchen with storage space. In first floor are hotel rooms, laundry storage room and cleaning room. Mountain hotel has rectangular plan. It has saddle grinder roof.

Tatra mountain region is considered to be a part of Slovak and Polish national identity. It is remarkable for outstanding sceneries and man’s relation to the country that developed from first settlements to an important tourist tradition. Such large area can be retained only by preserving its values that stay valid through time. New concept for the region is based on fully functional network of tourist trails. Proposing four objects of tourist accommodation in thoroughly selected locations, the project presents an idea of architectural space dealing with different requirements of its users.

SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL RESORT KRÁLÍKY

The aim of this thesis is an architectural study of a new hotel in the mountain village of Králíky. The study deals with a four-star hotel with a capacity of 60 beds, wellness, and restaurant for 100 people, mainly focused on families with children. The designated area is situated in the mild terrain of the southeastern part of the village Králíky. The main concept of this architectural study is inspired by the surroundings, such as the small buildings with span roofs, traditional materials, mountain environment, orientation to the sides of the world, and a view of the surroundings dominated by the monastery. The building has an underground garage and three above-ground floors with the restaurant, wellness, gym, shops, and accommodation units. Near the hotel are areas used for sport and leisure activities, including a football field, swimming pool, and a ski slope.

The subject of this diploma thesis is dealing with a construction-technological project of a hotel in Dolní Lomná. The main subject of this thesis is a technological report, coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, a time and financial plan of the construction, a feasibility study of the main technological phases, a project of the site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles and building mechanisation, a time-schedule plan, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceilings, control and test plan, health and safety at work and a technological regulation for the implementation of rider bracing with economic balance. Part of the work is the itemized budget and calculating to THU.

Timber load bearing structure of a hotel building

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and assessment of the timber load bearing structure of a hotel building in Kouty nad Desnou, Jeseníky, at an altitude of 606 metres above sea level. The object has a rectangular shape with dimensions approximately 36x16m. The lower part of the structure is designed as a two-floor heavy frame and an attic. The columns are designed as swinging angles, and stiffening is solved by a set of bracings and struts. The roofing of the object is solved by purlin truss system with a triple vertical stool. The emphasis is placed on the use of commercially available timber beams. The sheathing of the structure will be solved by Fermacell gypsum boards.

The theme of this work is the building design, brand new mountain hotel with wellness services in Spindleruv Mlyn. The plot is located in a quiet part of town, near a wooded area and form a river Labe.V designed hotel is located three floors above ground level of the building is solved attic space. Roofed by a wooden roof false hip roof. Ground unsophisticated form a geometric shape, which layout is divided into sections. On the ground floor wellness facilities, a portion of the input dopňkovými with hotel services, floor is done mainly for accommodation, as well as the attic. Hotel is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in the construction of houses and other hotels. All living spaces are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists Liapor system. The appearance of the hotel is in line with the surroundings.
