Phytosociological study of vegetation PR "Holý vrch u Hlinné" (district Litoměřice)

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is a study of the vegetation of the nature reserve "Holý vrch u Hlinné". The objective is discovery of influence to biotope, height above sea level, saint and exposition of slope to endangered species of Pulsatilla patens, Pulsatilla pratensis subsp. bohemica and their hybrid Pulsatilla x hackelii. Any relation between external influences and Pulsatilla´s growing areas wasn´t proved. The most frequent species was Pulsatilla pratensis subsp.bohemica with total number of clumps 63 and number of flowers 168, then species Pulsatilla patens with 24 clumps and 37 flowers and the least was hybrid Pusatilla x hackelii sith with 4 clumps and 10 flowers. Reaction of pH soil in location were acid and any relation between influence to Pullsatilla's wasn't prove. The output of the work is also a map, where are recorded the locations and comparison with previous researches. Present situation is compare with the latest researches.
