Evalution of Fire Rescue Service Responses in Traffic Accidents in the South Moravia Region

The dissertation deals with the road accident interventions carried out by Fire fighting units and emphasizes average adjustments as well as the problems of forensic engineering. Within the Southern Moravia region, it analyses the statistical data of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic with relation to the road accident interventions, and it analyses the position of the individual units of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Southern Moravia in the above system. The dissertation discusses relation between the forensic engineering and the Fire Rescue Brigade of Czech Republic and stresses the possibilities of cooperation.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the causes of traffic accidents of the Fire and Rescue Service vehicles of the South Moravian Region in 2001-2012. Based on the data and information traffic accidents are comprehensively evaluated and measures are proposed to reduce accidents. The processed material can serve to provide expert services in solving the analysis of traffic accidents.
Population Protection against Impacts from Major Chemical Accidents

Population Protection againts Impacts from Major Chemical Accident in recent years is an important area to address. This thesis focuses on the current situation and preventive security measures in protecting the population against the effects of serious chemical accidents. Specifically, it focuses on the Czech Republic and toxic industrial chemicals, explosive and flammable. A detailed analysis of the current situation in the Czech Republic with risk areas relating to chemical industry and hazardous chemicals was worked out. An analysis of the current status of population protection from the effects of serious chemical accidents is prepared. On the basis of the analysis measures are suggested to improve the current situation in accordance with legislation. The work was carried out research on their own knowledge of the population in this in pre-selected location.
Operational Possibilities of Fire Rescue Units for Decontamination of Persons

In this work I discuss about the historical development of the decontamination of units of the fire protection till the present time. It describes ways of contamination of individuals and methods of their decontamination, including decontaminating substances and mixtures that may be currently used at fire brigade units. Also describes the current tactics of intervention of fire brigade units and intervention associated with the release of hazardous substances with the focus on decontamination. Moreover it submits a way of surface coverage and indicates the type of fire brigades and their predestination. In the interface of The Fire Rescue Service of region of Southern Moravia, Regional Department of Brno it describes individual fire stations and their equipment for decontamination of people. In conclusion of this work is an evaluation of operational options of units due to the decontamination of individuals with regard to their manpower.
Anylysis of technical equipment of IRS components

The topic of the diploma thesis is Analysis of technical equipment of IRS units. In the theoretical part of the work, readers can learn what an integrated rescue system is, its structure and its main and other components. For individual components, readers can get acquainted with their history, structure, functioning and, last but not least, with the legislative basis. One goal was chosen in the practical part. Analyzing the state of technical equipment at the main IRS units in the South Bohemian Region. A quantitative method of data collection in the form of a questionnaire survey was used to process the research set, where a questionnaire was created for each main component of the IRS separately. Some questions in the questionnaire survey were then enriched with additional information from the statements of representatives of the IRS. The research sample consisted of 90 respondents and 90 completed questionnaires. Thus, 30 completed questionnaires were collected for each IRS component. The output of the diploma thesis is an overview that shows how the SARS-CoV2 pandemic in the period from January 1st 2021 to January 1st 2022 affected the technical and personnel equipment of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Czech Police and the Medical Rescue Service in the South Bohemian Region. The work could serve as a realistic view of managing the SARS-CoV2 pandemic in that period through the "eyes" of IRS members in the South Bohemian Region.
Specifics od Integrated Rescue System from the General Public View in Jihlava

The Bachelor thesis "Specifics of Integrated Rescue System from the non-professional public's view in Jihlava" pursues the issues of Integrated Rescue System and its bodies in the Czech Republic. The view on the Integrated Rescue System and the opinions about the Integrated Rescue System given by the citizens of Jihlava are considered to be the greatest aspect of this thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces and describes basic and other bodies based on specialised literature. The main focus is on bodies operating in the city of Jihlava, the capital of Vysočina Region. The thesis gives detailed information from the historical pint of view within the whole country and also on the local bases. The practical part focuses on the non-professional public's view on the Integrated Rescue System through a semi-structured questionnaire. There were three hypothesis formed at the beginning of the practical part of the thesis. Following the gained research data these three hypothesis were verified and subsequently confirmed or disproved. The results of the research are presented by graphs, charts and tables for closed-ended questions and word processing of respondents' opinions for open-ended questions. Photographs showing symbols of main bodies of Integrated Rescue System are included in this thesis.

Title: Overview of knowledge of children in primary and secondary school about the integrated rescue system. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what knowledge students in primary and secondary school have about the integrated rescue system. Furthermore, to compare individual answers of students between the two schools. Methods: For this research, an electronic questionnaire was created on the survio.com website. Results: Pupils from both schools have a great overview of the integrated rescue system. The high school students answered flawlessly, with some exceptions. The aims of the thesis are the evaluation and the assessment of the use of the small garden technology during the fire units operations. In the thesis, the operations are divided into the green area maintenance technology at the fire stations and into the techniques for performing rescue and disposal operations. The thesis is mainly focused on the technique used for performing rescue and disposal operations, which are the main activities of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The thesis compares and evaluates the current state and in particular proposes a new concept of fire trucks equipment with chainsaws. The proposed concept is based on a questionnaire survey, data collection from databases of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, test trials, calculations and personal experiences of the author, a chainsaw instructor. The proposed concept should improve the ability to perform even the most demanding interventions effectively, efficiently, safely and conveniently. And in cost comparison, it is even cheaper.

Name Organization and structure of diving work within Police ofthe Czech Republic and Fire rescue service of the Czech Republic. Objectives The aim of this thesis is to process informatik about diving groups within the integrated rescue system, specifically about diving groups Police of the Czech Republic and Fire rescue service of the Czech Republic, to briefly summarize their history and describe the structure of their work and organization. Methods The method used in this thesis was the analysis of the relevant literature and Internet resources and thein description and comparison. Furthermore, the method of uncontrolled interview with members of the units affected by the work was used. Individual interview took the form of a non-standardized interview, which had not been planned before and its course was dependent on the development of communication. Specifically, the interview was obviously informal, in which the respondent explained the purpose of the interview and then asked questions.
