Evaluation of Current Company`s IS and Change Suggestion

Aim of this thesis is to evaluate of current Information system used in Bachl spol. s.r.o. and to offer possible improvements. First is presented the company itself, it’s current activity and bussiness situation. Then are decribed it’s current used Information system and technologies and these are analyzed with HOS09 methodic and SWOT analysis. Based on the results there are offered change suggestions for the problematic areas and specific parts of the IS. Offered solutions are economically reviewed and the supposed benefits are listed.
