The skin conductivity and its use in clinical practice
Javorčeková, Lenka ; Kozumplík, Jiří (referee) ; Nováková, Zuzana (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is to acquaint with the measurement of the skin conductivity and its use in a clinical practice. The applied protocol is based on a current measurement of the skin conductivity in the resting and stressful conditions. The endurance previsions were created through listening to the most favourite and the most unpopular songs. This fact was detected before the measurement on the ground of completed questionnaires.
Measurement of the galvanic skin response during repeated stimulus
Fabík, Vojtěch ; Chmelař, Milan (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The aim of this work was introducing with the metods of analysis of galvanic skin response. The protocol for measurement of galvanic skin response during repeate stimulus was developed. Several stimulus were included in study. Then the program withgraphical user interface for analysis selected parameters was created in Matlab. Effect of habituation on repeated answers on the stimulus was described. Habituation was analized using parameters derived from electrical skin response.
