The main objective is making the project according to technical standards, laws, technical regulations for building construction. The task of the thesis project documentation solution for building construction on a house with a family establishment. The drawings were executed in ArchiCAD. The building is designed homes. The building with two floors. Premises will be used as a hairdresser's. The building is from the system Porotherm, covered with a gabled roof.

Following the bachelor thesis assignment, I have prepared design documents for the family house at an establishment. The project is completed as a professional docummentation for the planning permission. The project puts emphasis on the static structure and layout, fire safety, noise, safety in use. The proposed project respects the current standards and regulations.
