Low-energy masonry family house in Zlin

This thesis describes the design of low-energy house in Zlin. It is a detached building with two floors. The first floor shape corresponds with the letter L, crosswise on it is saved the second floor with two overhangs. The structural system is designed as a wall, brick. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete. Roofing dealt with flat roofs. The house is designed for permanent housing three people. The center of the first floor is a common area with kitchen, dining and living room, a quiet zone separating the bedroom and study the background of the house and garage. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with access to the loggia.
