Fairy-tales motives in book of common reading

The aim of this work is extension of knowledge about books of common reading focused on fairy-taleish motives. This work describes their basic features but its also brings other knowledge and looks for new connections. On choice of books of common reading is the attention situated on rise of work and events which went with them. This work is engaged in general look at these books and other literature determined for a broader audience. Its focused on quantity of printing and publication´s places of books of common reading. The attention is paid to typical heros such as Ezop, Paleček or Enšpígl and another popular motives (Faust, Fortunat). Part of the work is also treatise of theory of fairy-tales including the basic terms and conception of fairy-taleish motifs. The theoretical fairy-taleish data are completed by general and also practical opinion. The essential points of work are characteristics of each book and their fairy-taleish motives. In the last part is the attention focused on motives which appear not only in books of common reading but also in other types of art such as motive of the devil in the modern art or in the traditional literature.
