Utilization of the ESF for Solving Unemployment Problem in the District of Břeclav

This bachelor´s thesis deals with issue of unemployment in the District of Breclav and its solution through the use of financial resources from the European Social Fund for active employment policy. The theoretical part of the work focus on knowledge of the European Union and on issue of unemployment. The analytical part is devoted to research unemployment in the District of Breclav, retraining and further target groups in active employment policy. Proposal part of work deals with the questionnaire survey, to assess the effectiveness of retraining. The result of bachelor´s thesis are proposals to improve the situation regarding unemployment and retraining.

It compares the pros and cons of tax harmonization versus tax competition. It assesses continuation of the harmonisation process feasibility and its consequences. It contains an overview of the implementation of harmonization measures into the tax system in the Czech Republic.

This thesis is discussing the topic of subsidies from the EU funds. Content of the theoretical part is focused mainly on a detailed description of functioning of the structural and the operational programmes. The draft part itself is dealing with the possibility of building a training center at the company Oprox, Inc. with the support from the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. The result consists of an outline of the application for support through the Investment and Business Development Agency called CzechInvest.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou realizace podnikatelského plánu za podpory strukturálních fondů Evropské Unie. V první části se zabývá shrnutím teoretických východisek pro práci. V druhé části poté samotným vytvořením podnikatelského plánu. Tato část obsahuje podnikatelský záměr, analýzu konkurence a trhu, potenciálních zákazníků, studii proveditelnosti a možnosti podpory ze strany EU. Výstupem práce je ucelený projekt.

Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je kriticky analyzovať politiku Európskej Únie a jej dopad na činnosť nadnárodnej spoločnosti E.ON. Keďže politika Európskej Únie má za cieľ zefektívniť spôsob podnikania vykonávaného v rámci Európskej Únie a okrem iného má predstavovať garanciu zodpovednosti jak spotrebiteľov, tak dodávateľov operujúcich na trhu, tak zámer práce bol definovaný na analýzu politického vplyvu rozhodnutí Európskej Únie a ich dopad na následné strategické rozhodnutia firmy. Analytická čas práce je preto zameraná na analýzu Európskej energetickej politiky s kladením dôrazu na profil spoločnosti E.ON, Európsku energetickú stratégiu, obnoviteľné zdroje, jadrovú energetiku, bezpečnosť energetickej dodávky a na Európsky systém obchodovania s emisiami.

Expansion of a Czech Producer of Modular Wood Buildings on the Intra-community Market

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of business development of the company DOMESTAV PLUS s.r.o., which deals with the production of modular wooden buildings. The theoretical part contains defining the terms connected with the intra-community market, the conditions for entering this market and description of selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. These analyses are applied in the practical part as basis for the proposal of an appropriate strategy for the development, consisting in the expansion of the company into the intra-community market. On the basis of the results of the analyzes is made the proposal of changes, which leads to increased competitiveness and improvement of the company's economic situation. The proposal part also deals with identification of the risks associated with the implementation of this change.
