This master´s thesis deals with Invia.cz, a.s. performance analysis. First part of the thesis contains basic theoretical knowledge, regarding methods of company performance measurement. Next part is focused on description of the studied company and then performance assessment of the chosen company using START Model based on EFQM Excellence Model is elaborated. Proposals for improvement of the current situation are suggested in the last chapter.

The master thesis is focused on performance evaluation of company Zemědělské družstvo Nové Město na Moravě. The first part contains theoretical foundations dealing with explanation basic theoretical terms and modern methods for performance measurement. The second part is practical, where the analysis company is introduced and after that the performance evaluation using of START Model is performed. The main output of master thesis is the last part, namely suggestions, where are presented measures and recommendations directed at the improvement performance of company.

The master thesis is focused on efficiency evaluation of company IN-EKO TEAM, s. r. o. The theoretical part contains the relevant information from professional publications, basic concepts are explained here and models supporting business management, business process modeling models, and models emphasizing self-evaluation are presented. The second part is an efficiency evaluation by using the selected START Plus model. The key part is the suggestion part in which measures will be proposed to improve the efficiency of examined subject.

VAŠÍČKOVÁ, A. Performance evaluation of the selected business entity. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state and performance development of the selected company with a proposal for a recommendation to improve it. The company's situation is assessed by both financial and non-financial measures. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical basis of the solution defines performance, financial analysis and its basic financial indicators. Then the Balanced Scorecard and EFQM Excellence Model are presented here. The second part, called Self-solving problems, proposing recommendations and concrete proposals, contains the application of the above mentioned methods. The results obtained are then compared with the recommended values, the industry and the largest competitor. Based on these results, proposals are made to increase the performance of the analyzed enterprise.
