The bachelor thesis "Impacts of Food Consumption in the Czech Republic on the Carbon Footprint of Other Countries" focuses on the approximate calculation of the carbon footprint of the Czech Republic on imported food from outside of Europe. The first part of the thesis generally describes the carbon footprint, the comparison of the best and worst states and cities, the carbon footprint of the Czech Republic in comparison with the surrounding countries, the carbon footprint of transport, and the calculation of the carbon footprint. At end of the theoretical part, I describe how to reduce the carbon footprint and introduce carbon-neutral states. In the main part, a number of data about food imports into the Czech Republic from countries outside Europe from the Czech Statistical Office were processed. Based on the analysis of these data, regions, conti-nents, countries, or commodities with the most significant carbon footprint, were determined.

Bachelor thesis is focused on international wine market. There is comparisons of both countries that import the wine into the Czech Republic and the ones to which the Czech Republic imports its production. Thesis defines general scope and characteristics of agribusiness and autonomous tools affecting agribusiness. Theoretical resources are utilized in analytical section of this thesis. Researched commodity chain of grapevine is analyzed in global/worldwide, European and national scale. There are compared the results of the international wine trade in major importers and exporters of wine.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of offering a wholesale range of cut flowers. In the first part, we pay attention to the wholesale itself, the origin of cut flowers, the principles of the flower exchange, the export and import of cut flowers, the transport of flowers and the terminology used. The second part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the market research and a comparison of year-on-year sales of the range of cut flowers offered on major calendar holidays, according to available documents. Selected calendar holidays included Valentine's Day, MDŽ, Mother's Day, the end of the school year, and the Memorial of the Dead. The results are processed into clear tables and graphs, which are further commented.

In the chapter of literature review it presents a compilation of expertise related to the topic and in the next chapter, it provides a study of the effect based on the Ordinary Least Squares method processed in the economic software Gretl.

Economic aspects of Sino - African relations on the example of Kenya

This diploma thesis refers to the economic aspects of Sino-African relations on the example of Kenya. The first part of the thesis that deals with literature research describes the backgrounds of China, Sub-Saharan Africa and Kenya. The background is followed by Sino-African relations and Sino-Kenyan relations. The next concepts about Chinese business and its impacts in Africa are described in several chapters. The practical part of the thesis is mainly focused on trade between Kenya and China and it tries to describe the trade relations and their importance.

Tries to concisely describe the climatic conditions, the history of wine making, wine region and cultivated varieties from which in the local countries is wine producing. To facilitate the selection of wines also discusses the classification of wines that vary from one State to another. In many cases it is important to be able to understand the designation of categories of wine, which is meant quality. It also describes the production of specific wines for the country. The production of champagne, sherry and Tokay wine. The second section provides foreign wines, which are available on the market. Wines can be purchased at wine shops, chain stores and internet e-commerce.

Dopad pandemie COVID-19 na obchodní vztahy mezi ČR a Peru

This thesis describes the impact of coronavirus on trade relations between Peru and the Czech Republic. Part of the literature search deals with the topics of foreign trade and the internationalization process of companies. The analytical part contains the introduction of Peru as a state within the coronavirus measures. To fulfill the goal of the work, a number of semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted to find out whether the coronavirus somehow affected entrepre-neurs trading with Peru. At the same time, the movement of goods between these countries in connection with the pandemic was analyzed. At the end of the work there is a recommendation for potential investors or entrepreneurs.
