This system will serve workers in the company management as a support tool that is currently not available. The objective of my work is to judge the requirements for the information system and apply it to daily use. The system will be implemented in the HTML and PHP with using CSS and JavaScript. The result will be a monitoring system for errors from every device installed by this company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the proposition in the information system in the form of implementation of a new application for BOSCH Diesel s.r.o., which will help with the storage and management of the necessary data. The main target is to propose and implement a data management application and automate the processes associated with exchanging and upgrading hardware means in the company and controlling the process. Implementation of the application should solve the problems that may currently occur due to the storage of large volumes of data in MS Excel.

ABSTRACT This work deals with the analysis and design of information system for company STAVOČ spol. s r. o., which is engaged in earthworks, building works, renovations and locksmithery. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part is the introduction to the theoretical basis. The second part is an analysis of the current situation, where the use of specialized techniques is to assess the state of information technology and systems, together with the requirements of company on this system. In the third part, I will discuss the proposal of the information system according to specific requirements on functionality.

In addition to an application design, it also deals with a design of its database and user interface. It also contains an analysis of competing companies and their similar devices.
