Bachelor thesis focuses on design of a new building family house in Chýnov in the southern Bohemia. House is detached on a slightly sloping land, with basement and two above-ground floors. The entrance and entry to the ground is located on the east side of the infrastructual road. Vertical main constructions in the basement are built with Presbeton concrete blocks and insulated with extruded polystyrene Perimeter. The upright vertical holding structures on the above floors are built with TM panels, insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from Styrotrade Styrotherm Plus 100. The object is roofed with two flat roofs at different height levels with a 3% slope. Part of basement is garage stands for two cars.

The bachelor thesis covers the history of the primary school in Chýnov in the period between 1900 and 1950. The introduction is followed by two chapters describing the history and the present day of Chýnov. The third chapter briefly portrays notable persons related in one way or another to Chýnov. The fourth chapter outlines the personality of the teacher in a Czech school. The fifth chapter tells of the founding of the primary school. Chapters 6 to 10 accounts of the school in a certain period and characterizes this period.

This bachelor work thesis constitutes an environmental planning study in the area of Chýnov. It explains terms and details about environmental planning in literary research and describes contemporary problems of landscape management. The primary, secondary, and tertiary structures are analyzed in the model area of Chýnov and the local plan and other planning documents are evaluated. The proposal reacts to the discovered current or planning problems in the area. The main problems considered are the landscape´s permeability, suburbanization, fitting by-pass into the landscape, draining and water soil erosion.

Men and Women in Chýnov in the first half of the 19th Century in the Light of Marriage Agreements

The present bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of wedding contracts in the first half of the 19th century in the small town of Chýnov. The first, and more extensive, part is dedicated to the formal construction of this legal document, its analysis in terms of frequency, migration and social patterns, and obligations. The second part deals with the lives of men and women from a historical-anthropological point of view. Therefore, it reconstructs everyday life and the mental world of the individual who inhabited a place with a size somewhere between a village and a city.
