The basic goal of this Bachelor thesis is to better understanding and maping use case management during work of addiction services and workers which use this approach. The theoretical part is focused on basic knowledge about case management-theoretical backgrounds, principles of case management, models of case management, core functions of this approach and target groups. The practical part of thesis describes the methodological proces and researching results. The research was conducted by semi-structured interviews with providers who use case management.
