Naturalized cacti in Europe and their traits.
BRABCOVÁ, Šárka
Non-native plant species represent one of the many most significant threats globally. This work focuses on cactus invasions in 31 European countries. Cacti are classified based on European databases according to their status as occasional, naturalised, in-troduced, invasive and cultivated. The aim of the work is to compile a species list of the cactus family (Cactaceae), focusing on naturalized cactus species, their use and the identification of their compe-titive ability in new areas. The highest number of non-native cactus species is recorded in the Mediterranean region. The countries with the highest number of species are Spain, Italy and France. The most widespread species is Opuntia ficus-indica. The combination of horticulture based on non-native species, intense human pres-sure on the territory, travel, trade, transport of various materials and climate change have caused conservation problems in recent decades and increased the success of cactus invasions in Europe.
Monitoring the operation of local internet networks
Papež, Nikola ; Bartl, Milan (referee) ; Verner, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with issues of traffic monitoring of local internet networks. Attention is paid to describing main functions and methods of network monitoring, consequently standards for monitoring such as SNMP protocol, WMI service or Cisco NetFlow methods. There are also described some other basic tools with open source licence used for monitoring. The main contribution of this thesis is clarification and subsequent usage of these methods for monitoring on VUT network. For this intermediation was used Nagios tool which used Nagios tool which provided feedback about the status of devices together with the own programmed plugin and tool Cacti which collected data from these devices and created graphical dependencies.
Implementation of open source system for network monitoring
Scripnic, Dmitrii ; Sládok, Ondřej (referee) ; Grenar, David (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with network monitoring. In this work, a theoretical analysis of known monitoring systems was performed and their architecture, properties and work with these systems were also described. Subsequently, a comparative characteristic of all described systems was performed. At the beginning of the practical part, the installation and configuration of all monitoring systems and their evaluation was performed. The second part deals with the Zabbix monitoring system, where more emphasis was placed on monitoring IP service delays.
Monitorovací systém Nagios pro dohled síťových a serverových služeb
Beťko, David
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to configure the monitoring system Nagios in order to cover any defined services in a business environment. The open source is a key solution of the monitoring system itself. The sample and promotion of the installation and configuration of the Nagios system comes in a practical part of the thesis. Moreover, there is a verification of the Nagios systems functionality on a testing basis, as well.

Selected important species of the family \kur{Cactaceae} under the protection of CITES
BUBLÍK, Martin
Cacti, which contain psychotropic substances are used by the indigenous inhabitants of various ceremonies. Their attractiveness, but leads to their collection and destruction of native habitats and the loss of some species. The results show that for the period 1975-2012 imports of live specimens and seeds fallen slightly. While the export of live specimens and seeds in the same growing season. In the Czech Republic exports, which is 40 times stronger than imports. Export of seed from the Czech Republic was not evaluated because of the small number of species. The aim was to search processing data on the occurrence and development of the populations of selected species of plants. Processing of data from databases. Discussion on the impact of trade on the stock situation. Looking to the future.
