It also describe analysis and design of new FITkit specific system, and ways to catch errors in QDevKit application. Disease and diagnosis of cardiovascular system Abstract In this bachelor's thesis, we are dealing with cardiovascular diagnostic methods and the most common diseases affecting the cardiovascular system. The text briefly introduces the basic diagnostic methods of the cardiovascular system. Furthermore, we focus on the most common heart diseases and possible diagnosis using these methods. Out of these diagnostic methods, we will focus on the CVS method (Classification of cardiovascular system), which is developed by the Institute of Thermomechanics AS CR in cooperation with the Faculty of Physical Education and sport, from which we are expecting in future the prediction of hypertension. This work also serves as a theoretical basis for the future experimental part of the research. Using version management systems in software development

This thesis talks about version control sytems usage in terms of software development. There is introduced historical background of these systems together with reasons for their creation. Next are listed today's most used version control systems which are compared between each other. Further, there are showcased basic commands for work with version control systems. For demonstration of these commands is chosen version control system called Git. In practical part of this thesis there is talked about aplication of Git in Brackets IDE plugin Brackets Git. Finally, there are compared options for work with Git on server and options of auto-deployment.

Získávání informací ze systémů na správu verzí

Tématem této bakalářské práce je získávání informací ze systémů pro správu verzí. Cílem práce je jednak rozbor současného stavu zahrnující popis několika vybraných existujících systémů a jednak vyvinutí aplikace SVN Statistika a nastínění jejího dalšího rozvoje. Tato aplikace slouží k vytváření výstupů z úložišť systému Subversion. Úvod práce se týká obecně systémů pro správu verzí, potom následuje kapitola o teoretické stránce získávání informací z těchto systémů a následuje praktický popis několika existujících aplikací (systémů) pro získávání informací. Po kapitole o Subversion následuje popis vyvinuté aplikace a ukázky výstupů.
