HOUSE ON THE EDGE – Valašské Meziříčí, Sokolská Street

The parterre is made up of passages replicating popupular pedestrian routes of population Valasske Mezirici. This led to the dismantling of fuel stores, that supported it and smashed the whole interior of the parterre, resulting in an increase in exhibition space was interesting shops and representational space. At higher levels, this motif is repeated on the facades of terraces, and that the inhabitants of each house done looking into the windows.

Financial assesment of reconstruction of family home

This thesis deals with the financing of the reconstruction of a family house. A proposal for a possible reconstruction will be made. Based on this proposal, a budget will be drawn from which the amount of funding needed will be developed. The aim of this work is to introduce possible options for financing the reconstruction of a family house and to determine the optimal solution.

Multifunctional Building in Velké Meziříčí

The subject of the diploma thesis is design and processing of the design documentation for the new building in Velké Meziříčí. The building is designed as a four-storey building with a partial basement, which serves like garage for 4 cars. On the above floors there are 8 residential units. Other premises are used as a business and administrative area. The loadbearing structure is made of sand-lime bricks, which are insulated with combined thermal insulation.

Newly-Built Family Winery

The topic of this diploma thesis is the planning and realisation of a project documentation for a new building of a family viticulture (to be built between existing terraced houses). The building consists of several types of spaces according to the functional use. It connects the living function (an apartment on the second floor and a small guesthouse for degustation purposes), rooms for the store and services (the wine shop, degustation) and the room for stocking (wine storage - barrels/baskets). The building has three floors, the basement is entirely embedded into the terrain. The building will be located approximately 500 metres SW from the city centre of Lednice (584631), within the district of Břeclav in the South-Moravian region, on the lots 756/1, 756/2 and 755.
