I present a barrier-free detached house with one subterranean floor and ground floor. There are a garage, a vestibule, a toilet, a study, a living room a dining room and kitchen inside. The rest part of the house includes rooms, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. You can find a utility room, a playroom, a rehabilitation room and a storage in the subterranean part of the house. Since it is a barrier-free house, a basement and ground floor are connected by a lift. The entrance to the terrace is also designed for disabled people, e. g. wheelchair users should not have problem to get there.

This bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of barrier-free family house for 4-member family and 1 person with limited mobility. The family house is located in the district of Brno-venkov in the town of Kurim. The object is designed from ceramic blocks insulated with the ETICS contact system. The vertical constructions are designed from the HELUZ construction system. Horizontal constructions are designed from the HELUZ MIAKO construction system. The house is covered with a flat single-layer roof with a classical layout. The roof above the garage is also designed as a flat roof with a classic sequence of layers. The building has one underground floor and two above-ground floors.

The aim of project is e new building of a family house in the cadastral area Pohled. I tis designed for a family of four. The building is partial basement anf ground floor. on the grand floor there are an entrance, the main day area, bedrooms, bathroom and WC. On the basement there are utility room, laundry, rehabilitation room, sauna and bathroom with WC. The building is designed mainly in clay block of POROTHERM. The ceiling is clay from beams and inserts MIAKO. The roof is mono-pitched and flat.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with project of a new disabled house which is situated in the cadaster unit of the Down of Kunštát – Újezd. Disabled house is two-floor, basement with disabled garage for one car. All disabled house is designed for a four-member family. It is counted that one adult is permanently attached to a wheelchair. House’s walls are build with blocks Porotherm profi 30 and are insulatedwith a contact and contactless thermal insulation system. The horizontal construction are consist with POT beams and ceiling inserts MIAKO. Disabled house have one-cloak flat roof.
