Payroll system in the selected company

The aim of this thesis is analyzing of payroll system of concrete company. On the basis of informations obtained I want to suggest the changes in payroll system of this concrete company. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on legislative adjustment, characteristic of employment and different types of payoffs. In practical part we will find the characteristic and analyze of payroll system of chosen company. This analysis is focused on basic wage, variable component of wage and employee's benefits. The avarage wage in this company is compared with the avarage wage in the same business branch. There are also suggested changes that leads to cost savings, especially increasing utilization of employee's benefits.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to make analysis of the remuneration system and to identify motivation tools vhich are used by the company. The output of the diploma thesis is summary of areas which are motivated, reasonable and transparent for employees or not. As a part of the diploma thesis are improvement suggestions which are focus on problematical areas.
