The use of extended reality in the initial inspection of welded steel structures for the production of hydraulic aggregates

This bachelor's thesis discusses the involvement of augmented reality in the process of incoming inspection of welded steel structures used for the production of hydraulic aggregates at the Bosch Rexroth company. The goal was to create and apply a proposal for a new procedure, according to which the material received from suppliers will be inspected. The Twyn program from Visometry company was chosen for the implementation of the proposal based on the head of the quality management department. The practical part showed that approximately 50% of the time can be saved by using this program in the dimensional incoming inspection process. The final part of the thesis discusses the other parameters involved in the savings and suggests further possibilities of using the purchased program.
