Vhodné typy hiporehabilitace při vrozených onemocněních a úrazech pohybového aparátu
Lörincová, Tereza
The theme of this bachelor is thesis is the suitability of the kinds hiporehabilitation with congenital disease and injuries of the muscoloskeletal system, which is treated as a literary review. The work is focused on the history and effects of hippotherapy. Defines and describes the concept of hypotherapy, psychotherapy, activities with the use of horse and horse parariding. The main task of this work is to learn which methods are best for specific diseases and injuries.
Určení maximálních toků vody v běli u sazenic dubu napadených patogenem Phytophtora plurivora na základě anatomických měření
Sedláčková, Veronika
Wasting and death of deciduous trees, including oaks, is among the most serious problems today. Since 2003, the decline of oak trees in the Czech republic, among others, has been associated with the pathogenic fungus Phytophtora plurivora causing serious damage to root systems, which can lead to insufficient transport of water to transpiring leaves. The thesis is partly built on my Bachelor's thesis and includes two experiments. The objective of the first experiment, based on anatomical investigations, was to determine a theoretical maximum flow of water in the sapwood in oak seedlings. The goal of the second experiment, based on the temperature of the leaves, was to find out the functionality of the root system infected by the fungus Phytophthora plurivora. If the root system works, the transpiration is not disrupted and the leaf is cooler. The results of the first experiment give us evidence that the seedlings infected by the fungus Phytophthora plurivora are of the lower hydraulic conductivity and the lower theoretical maximum flow of water in the sapwood. The oak seedlings inoculated by the fungus Phytophthora plurivora compared with the control seedlings had smaller area of the vessels lumina, maximum theoretical flow of water in the sapwood, theoretical hydraulic conductivity, number of the vessel elements, maximum and minimum diameter of the vessel elements. In contrast, the inoculated seedlings had greater specific hydraulic conductivity and specific flow of water in the sapwood. The disruption of the root system by the fungus Phytophthora was demonstrated by 1°C higher temperature in the inoculated seedlings leaves.
Vliv neinvazivních metod na pohybový aparát koně
Tomíšková, Lucie
The title of the bachelor thesis is "The influence of non-invasive methods on the musculoskeletal system of a horse". It contains the basics of the anatomy of the forelegs and the pelvic, with a focus on the skeletal and muscular systems. Furthermore, two most common diseases that cause degenerative changes on the locomotive apparatus are presented and described in detail. For each disease, etiopathogenesis, symptoms and subsequent therapy are described. Both these diseases affect both horses in high sport and horses in recreation. The next part is devoted to the description of individual non-invasive treatment methods that have an influence on degenerative changes.
Porovnání anatomické a morfologické stavby iterujících a reiterujících letorostů lípy (Tilia sp.)
Cristini, Valentino
These days, within Arboriculture are wather sprouts a very important discussed topic, so it is important to know their qualities and their main differences from normal (iterating) shoot. In the bachelor thesis are compared anatomical and morphological characteristics of normal (iterating) and epicormic (reiterating) annual shoots of selected individual of Tilia platyphyllos (largeleaf linden) in Brno, Czech Republic. By statistical correlation was found that there are demonstrable dependencies between different stem segments (pith, xylem, phloem and primary cortex) either at normal or at epicormic annual shoots.
