This bachelor thesis is about lean production and its implementation in the company Alca plast, s.r.o. in Břeclav, which deals with the production of sanitary technology. Thanks to the theoretical knowledge of lean production, we will design a new concept of lean manufacturing. Using the analyzes that will be used in the work, we will set the course of lean manufacturing to be as fluid and effective as possible.

Goal of this thesis is identifying the potential, which should be the result of the realization of the created suggestions, based on the mapping and analyzing current situation of the warehousing processes and warehouse area.
