Preparation of realisation gross superstructure of an apartment block named Francouzská in Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with construction technology procedure gross superstructure of an apartment block named Francouzská in Brno. An apartment block has 7 floors. First floor is located partially below ground, becouse lobby area is located in very steep terrain towards the Francouská street. Wing unit is made up of mainly enclosure wall, interior transverse and longitudinal walls of the ceramic blocks Porotherm. Transverse and longitudinal supporting interior walls are produced of sheathing bricks Supertherm, which are located in 1.NP, 2.NP and partially in 3.NP, these blocks are sealed with concrete. Ceilings are designed as continuous strengthened concrete-steel monolithic desks. The staircase is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. This construction and technological study of gross superstructure includes technical report, technologic process of concrete-steel monolithic ceiling, plan routes, inspection and test plan, schedule, financial requirements, solution the organization of building up, assembly and machine safety.
Apartment building

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and subsequent processing of the detailed project documentation for a new residential building in Uherský Brod. The residential building is located in the outskirts of the city in the Olšava housing estate. It is a detached building with three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a garage, maintenance room and technical background of the building. On the first floor there is a barrier-free apartment, cellar and joint areas. The second and third floors are reserved exclusively for residential use. In total, there are five residential units in the house with a layout of 2+kitchenette and 3+kitchenette. The structural system of the building is a cross-wall system. The base and the perimeter wall of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete made of waterproof concrete. Vertical structures are made of brick blocks. Reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs are designed as horizontal load-bearing structures. The roof structure is a single-skin flat vegetated roof. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. The ventilated facade with wooden cladding is designed in parts of the third floor.
