Krajinná paměť venkova - případová studie regionu Židlochovicko

This bachelor thesis focuses on the memory of a landscape, especially a rural landscape village Žabčice. The thesis is methodically processed as a review. The selected area is characteristics of the physical-geographical, ecological, regional, historical, cultural and land use. By a comparative metod were changes noted in time. The results show that the selected area has changed since 1953. Main changes were noticed in landscaping, especially residential area was extended. Matrix in the area is still an agricultural land, but due to the land unification in the 60s and 70s, the mosaic character and landscape diversity disappeared. This fact had a negative impact to landscape character and a secondary structure of the landscape.

Možnosti pěstování rakytníku řešetlákového v podmínkách ČR

In the literary part this work focuses on the history, botanical classification and description of plants. The method of cultivation and harvesting is summarized. Described are varieties that can be use the practical part. It is the use of seabuckthorn and its contents. The experimental parts summarize and evaluate the possibilities of growing seabuckthorn on the experimental plot in Žabčice. Here were observed female varieties ´Aromat´, ´Augustinka´, ´Buchlovický 1´, ´Habeg´, ´Hergo´, ´Krasavice´, ´Leicora´, ´Perčik´, ´Sibirskij rumjaněc´, ´Sluníčko´, ´Trofimofský´ and ´Vitamínová´, male varieties ´Buchlovický 2´, ´Gnom´ and ´Polmix´. Habitat conditions of varieties and phenological phase were observed. The color, shape, weight and size of the fruit were assessed. Furthermore, yield and cubature shrubs. Vitamin C, dry matter and refractometric dry matter values were determined. Sensory properties of products were assessed.

Výhody a nevýhody porostů ozimé pšenice založených jako směs odrůd

This thesis was aimed on the elaboration of literature review and a on the practical assessment of the field trial with a mixtures of varieties. The first part of the literature review was devoted to crop diversification in agriculture, which is closely related to mixtures of varieties. In the other part were characterized advantages of mixed varieties, such as better yield of mixed varieties in comparison with component varieties. We have also described some of the mechanisms for the creation of income (and mechanisms against pathogens). Another part was devoted to quality of mixed varieties. The last part was devoted to disadvantages resulting from the cultivation of mixed varieties. In the year 2013 it was founded field trial in Žabčice -- Nova obora, which was investigated in practical part. It was investigated effect of three binary mixtures. These mixtures were identified as : Elan + Golem, Viriato + Tobak Baletka and Annie. Each of pure component varieties were planted for checking and comparison. The main examined factors were yield, weight of thousand seeds, sedimentation index, wet gluten, gluten index, falling number, nitrogenous substances, weight and height of the plant. The best yield reached mixture Elan + Golem (average yield was 9.61 t / ha), it's yield reached the yield of the best variety Elan (9.92 t / ha). The mixture Tobak + Annie had higher average value of the falling number and nitrogenous substances than the pure varieties, average results this mixture reached in values of sedimentation index and wet gluten. In the total evaluation this mixture was recommended as the best one. The holder of the quality in this mixture was the Annie variety. This mixture has fulfilled requirements for baking quality and reached Czech elite level.

Možnost rozvoje střední venkovské obce na příkladu Žabčic

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development possibilities of middle-country municipality Zabcice. It is mainly describing the economic function of the municipality -- its income and expenses, inhabitants, transport, services. The work is also focusing on the biggest economic subjects in the municipality -- A.S.A. company, Moracell, nursing home, Sand Zabcice Ltd. In the part about agribusiness, the thesis is giving a description of the university farm and Czech Union of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners. It is defining the position of the municipality Zabcice within the wider relationship with villages Unkovice, Prisnotice and cities Zidlochovice, Brno. In the practical part, the author is providing group conversation about the possibilities of development of the village and then using SWOT analyzis evaluate the overall view of the village Zabcice.
