Jan Kregl Objectives: Creating a compilation that could help beginning coaches with the management of this age group and the ideal training unit of a skating school in terms of its organization on the ice surface, staffing and content. Methods: The bachelor thesis was prepared in the form of: data analysis of training units and a questionnaire with open questions (questionnaires were provided with simplified information consent and are anonymized). Results: The result of the bachelor's thesis is a compilation that could help beginning trainers with the management of this age category both in terms of organizational and personnel and content form and Designing more variants of the ideal training unit in terms of organizational, personnel and content form.
