Cutting of supporting profiles on building

The bachelor thesis deals with technology for material cutting on the building site. Firstly, there were described different methods for material cutting, their principle, reached quality of section, demands for requirements on Occupational safety and health (OSH) and there are described different qualification of device operators. Secondly there were described specific condition in a mobile building site. Eventually, there are compared all the examined technologies after the experiment according to different criteria.

Manufacturing possibilities of motorcycle brake wheel

This bachelor thesis presents a variant solution of mass production of motorcycle brake wheel. These are part of rotating component of large diameter and small thickness made up mainly of carbon steel. The thesis presents methods for the production of unconventional machining technologies and methods of molding. As appropriate variants were selected technologies of laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting, blanking and fineblanking. The individual methods are described and evaluated their suitability for production. For fineblanking method which seems to be optimal is indicated the production process.

The aim of diploma thesis is to design technology components production orders. For a given part of the technology will be used non conventional deep drawing Wheelon method. For manufacturing lengthwise recesses and consequent cutting of shaped holes using a plasma cutting. The suitability of technological applications will be tested using the cost functions.

Further, this bachelor thesis describes the complete design of the plasma cutting machine for Markos Production. At the conclusion of this thesis are evaluated the pros and cons of the design with proposed improvements for higher positioning accuracy. The annex of this work is a detailed drawing documentation of one complete assembly of the design of the machine plasma torch movement.
