Problems of integration of the Ukraine nurses in the health systém of the Czech Republic.
VOTRUBOVÁ, Nataliya
The health care in the Czech Republic has not got enough nurses. One solution to this problem is to except help from the nurses from Ukraine, they have simillar culture and language to us. To include nurses from Ukraine it is not easy, it includes legislative and culture process. It is also difficult for them to learn Czech language and they have to go throught a culture shock. This work has its aim to find out the difficulties in including Ukraine nurses into the health care in the Czech Republic. The chosen metod was technice called polo- structured with pre structured open questions. Interviews were with the nurses from Ukraine and the Czech Republic which work in the South Bohemian hospital. To show the whole problem it also includes interviews with doctors and patients from the same hospital. The results show that the Ukraine nurses feel possitive about being included in the health care system in the Czech Republic. It was also found that the Czech nurses and doctors are happy working alongside with them. Another important fact is that patients are also happy about the care they receive from the Ukraine nurses. The biggest factor in helping to integrate the Ukraine nurses into the work and into the full Czech culture is to help them to learn the Czech language. Results of the findings can help the nurses easier integrate into the health care system in the Czech Republic and it can also be used for NLZP for Czech and Ukraine nurses. Help to prevent problems which may acure.
